Ceylon Cinnamon is a family run, Sri Lankan company, selling spices online. With Sanjaya as the Managing Director and his father-in-law as the Finance Director, both have a love for what they do.
Sanjaya’s father has grown cinnamon in Sri Lanka for over 40 years and therefore knows everything there is to know about the spice, from the planting of it to the end product. As an expert of many other spices too, from peppercorns to cloves, Sanjaya has grown up surrounded by spices, with a desire to provide his customers with the same quality ingredients he’s enjoyed throughout his life so far. Orders usually despatched within 24-48 hours, Mon-Fri (orders placed on Friday will be sent the following Monday).We aim to send all orders as Royal Mail Large Letter size to fit through your letterbox at home. However, for larger quantities of spices this is not possible so will be sent as a Medium Packet size. If you won't be home to accept the delivery please leave a note for the postman to leave the parcel in a safe place or provide alternative address.
All International orders will be sent by Royal mail International Air mail. The shipping rates will be automatically calculated when you place your order. If you are concerned over our international rates, please contact us before ordering. Should or any reason your parcel fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. If the parcel should arrive damaged, please refuse delivery. The courier should then return the parcel to us for inspection.
Customer satisfaction is vitally important to us, however, due to the nature of the products we sell, we can’t accept returns unless the products are found to be either damaged or defective in some way. If you find this to be the case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, then return the goods to us in the original packaging and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible, after we have investigated the problem. We apologise but we can’t accept returns because you have changed your mind and no longer require the products. Refunds are not usually given unless you specifically state a replacement for the product would not be acceptable.
